The popular American casual dining chain Chili's is dipping its toes into the footwear game with a limited edition collaboration with cowboy boot retailer Tecovas. The "Booth Boots" went on sale online on July 29 and sold out on the Tecovas website in under five minutes.

These red leather-lined boots are handcrafted and wrapped in "genuine Chili's booth material." Small chili peppers replicating the Chili's logo are etched along the sides and top of the shoe made to mimic a traditional cowboy boot design.

The Tex-Mex restaurant and the Texas-based boot supplier seem to fit together like a glove. "Rooted in Texas with a flair for the bold, only Chili’s x Tecovas could bring you the Booth Boots," reads the promotional description on the Tecovas site.

Chili's began promoting the cowboy boot collaboration on July 22, stating on Instagram that the new merchandise are "real Tecovas boots made from genuine Chili’s booths." Despite the claim, the boots are not made from old booths, but rather the same red vinyl material that the booths are made out of.

The men's Booth Boot is modeled after Tecova's 12-inch tall The Garrett boot, while the women's Booth Boot is modeled after the best-selling, 14-inch The Annie. Both boots have leather soles and a snip toe with a price tag of $345.

Besides the boots, Chilis and Tecovas also released a red vinyl Booth Belt, complete with a chili pepper stitched overlay. These belts also sold out almost immediately and cost $75.

It's unclear if there will be another drop of these limited-edition products. Though it's looking unlikely for those of us unfortunate enough to miss the morning drop. The products on the website claim "once they're gone, they're gone."
